First, we primarily work for government agencies - with around 80% of our projects delivered for either international bodies, state-level agencies or Councils.

Second, our business is founded on new technology, innovation and R&D, and as an employee-owned business all our profits are channelled back into research and employee profit-share. We also support the JBA Trust, an independent charity that supports research in flood risk and resilience.

Third, we have a clear focus on extreme weather both in Australia and Internationally. We are a part of the JBA group - an international team of JBA Consulting (UK), JBA Risk (UK, Singapore and USA), and JBA Consult (Europe). As a member of the JBA Group you will be working alongside over 600 people specialising in floodplain management, coastal management, engineering and risk management globally.
